Robert Levy was a bright, spirited, and kind young man with dreams that reached far beyond the world he knew. He was deeply loved by his family and respected by friends — known for his easy smile, quiet humour, and big heart. Like so many young people, he was full of potential. A life waiting to be lived.

Robert’s loss represents not only the tragedy of youth violence, but also the urgent need to act. Inspired Futures was created to prevent other families from enduring the same pain.

Inspired Futures was born in response. Not as a charity for charity’s sake, but as a call to action from grief. A mission to protect other young people from meeting the same fate. A promise to remember Robert not just with sorrow — but with change.

A Mother's Courage
Patricia courageously shares the story of her son, Robert Levy — a gifted student in top sets, full of promise and potential. Robert’s life was tragically cut short by knife crime as he selflessly tried to keep the peace and protect others.
This heartfelt and powerful tribute was showcased at the Memories 25 event at Hackney Empire on 18th January 2025, honouring Robert’s bravery and the enduring love of a mother determined to inspire change.

A Legacy of Change

'Young people are at the heart of our communities'
Bishop Rose Hudson-Wilkin is a Church of England priest. Since November 2014, she has been Priest in Charge of St Mary-at-Hill, City of London. She additionally holds the roles of Chaplain to the Speaker of the House of Commons, priest vicar at Westminster Abbey and chaplain to the Queen.
