Our Story
Inspired Futures was created to develop as a charity organisation focused on young people, the progress of their education and life opportunities. Our focus also includes the improvement of their local communities and the general population, through core principles, positive values and experience – an integral part of our service delivery.

Inspired Futures began as a voluntary organisation in 2016, supporting our local communities, and from an outpour of requests made by young people who have been inspired by our staff and volunteers, our work is vital in creating safer, more united communities.

What We Do
At Inspired Futures, we design impactful programs for schools and colleges, delivered through engaging presentations and interactive workshops. Led by skilled facilitators who share powerful lived experiences and real-life stories, these sessions educate young people on the choices and consequences surrounding youth violence—encouraging reflection, dialogue, and positive change.
A core part of our approach is teaching peaceful ways of communicating, helping young people navigate conflict with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence. We also guide them in understanding the ripple effect of youth violence—how one act can reverberate through families, communities, and futures. By making these connections clear, we empower young people to make informed, compassionate decisions.
Our Approach
Educational Programmes & Workshops
We design and deliver powerful, youth-led educational programmes across schools, colleges, and community spaces. With a focus on lived experience and emotional development, our workshops cover topics such as anti-violence, mental wellbeing, resilience, and life skills.
Through interactive sessions, we help young people reflect, engage, and make informed choices for a safer, more hopeful future.
Mentoring & Youth Support
Our mentoring service pairs young people with trusted role models who understand the challenges they face. Whether through one-on-one guidance or group mentoring, we focus on building self-confidence, goal-setting, emotional intelligence, and future planning.
This tailored support helps young people stay on track, navigate obstacles, and unlock their full potential—both in school and in life.
Campaigning & Community Engagement
We run bold, youth-led campaigns that raise awareness of critical social issues—from knife crime to mental health. Through creative storytelling, digital media, and community events, we amplify young voices and drive meaningful conversations across schools, families, and wider networks.
