Peer Mentoring
Peer Mentoring empowers young people to support their peers, improve behaviour, attendance, and academic performance—and become positive role models in their communities.

Peer Mentoring is a structured programme in which young people are trained, supported, and empowered to be leaders among their peers. In schools and community settings, mentors act as supportive role models, helping others with attendance, behaviour, motivation, and academic engagement.
Each peer mentor receives training and supervision, enabling them to guide, encourage, and facilitate change. The benefits ripple out: mentees gain confidence, improve outcomes; the mentors gain leadership skills, empathy, and a sense of responsibility. By embedding peer support in the local environment, this programme strengthens social bonds, raises aspirations, and builds more resilient individuals and communities.
