Youth Programme Activities empower young people through creative and participatory projects. We develop employability skills such as communication, planning, organisation, negotiation, and networking—giving them confidence and a voice in their communities.
Youth Programme Activities at Inspired Futures are designed to give young people agency in shaping their experiences and future. We believe their ideas, aspirations, and creativity are central. Through these programmes, participants conceive, develop, and deliver projects and activities that matter to them.
Our facilitators guide them in building skills in communication, negotiation, planning, organisation, and professional networking. These are not just “nice-to-have” skills, but critical tools for future employment, civic participation, and personal growth. The process fosters confidence, leadership, and responsibility, enabling each young person to contribute meaningfully to their community, pursue educational or career paths, and view themselves as agents of change.
