Youth Engagement Manager

I’m Fotini, and I design innovative programmes that educate and empower young people while building strong partnerships with schools and educational providers.

With extensive expertise in the youth and community sector, my role bridges education and outreach—ensuring our work directly addresses the needs of young people and the environments that influence them. From creating impactful content to fostering meaningful engagement, I am dedicated to establishing spaces where youth feel heard, supported, and inspired to develop.


I am also an active participant in youth-focused events, professional networks, and social media platforms—sharing insights, amplifying youth voices, and connecting with change-makers across the sector. Whether attending conferences, collaborating on initiatives, or cultivating relationships online and offline, I believe that strong networks lead to stronger outcomes.

At the core of everything I do is a belief in the power of connection. By working closely with communities, educators, and young people themselves, I help turn challenges into opportunities—and ideas into action.
