Richard Sara-Gray
Chair
Richard has enjoyed a varied career working in the public, private and third sectors. Richard has a special interest in Marketing and Branding having worked for several years as an advertising photographer; an interest he still pursues. He achieved Head of Service status within an east coast council running their advice and information services. Richard has run his own company for 5 years and has assisted other companies to grow and develop in a self-employed consultant role. Short-term roles include Managing Director of New Holland Shipyard and a web-based 'compensation' company.
Lukman Miah
Enterprise Facilitator
Lukman has substantial experience of working with
individuals, communities, and agencies throughout the
Bradford District. He has worked in the Bradford District
for over 10 years and understands the issues facing people
that want to start their own business. Lukman believes
Enterprise Facilitation will allow individual to realise their
business dream and connect them to experts to unblock
any obstacles they may have.
Lukman has a BA (hons)
degree in Business & Organisation Management which
primarily focused around successful and sustainable
business development in the public and private sector. He
also has a wealth of practical experience in business start
up, mentoring, coaching, and most importantly
understands the challenges facing individuals that want to
become self employed.
